Every student has the right to be safe. This app ensures it. TechEinHub builds government-grade anonymous school safety apps for schools, education departments, and government bodies across India and Gujarat. Students can report bullying, ragging, drug use, and mental health concerns — without any personal data ever being stored. DPDP Act compliant. Works on low-cost Android phones.

Bullying, ragging, drug use, and depression are widespread in Indian schools — from government schools in rural Gujarat to elite private schools in metro cities. The root problem is the same everywhere: students who witness or experience these incidents are too afraid to speak up.
Students fear that reporting will make things worse — the bully will find out and target them harder. Without anonymity, most incidents go unreported.
Complaint boxes are visible. Teachers identify handwriting. Digital reports go to the principal's email. There is no truly anonymous channel in most schools.
School administrators and district officers have no data on the scale of these issues. They hear about incidents only after they escalate — often in the media.
Even when incidents are reported, there is no structured system to track whether action was taken, when, and by whom — leaving schools legally vulnerable.
The reporting categories are configurable per school. These are the most common categories deployed.
Physical, verbal, or social bullying by peers
Senior student harassment of juniors
Drug or substance use in school premises
Mental health concerns or suicidal ideation
Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
Any unsafe or dangerous situation on premises
Selects category, describes incident, submits — no login required
System generates a random token; identity is never stored
Safety officer receives instant notification on dashboard
Assigned to counsellor, teacher, or district officer
Case is tracked to resolution with timestamped notes
Student uses token to see if action was taken — anonymously
Most "anonymous" reporting tools still capture device IDs, IP addresses, or require school login — which means students are not truly anonymous. We built this system differently from the ground up.
No name, device ID, school roll number, or IP address is stored with any report. The system is architecturally incapable of linking a report to a student.
Designed to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — including special protections for minors' data.
Each report gets a one-time token generated by cryptographic randomness. The token has no relationship to the student or their device.
Students access the reporting form without creating an account or logging in. No school credentials are used in the process.
Can be deployed on NIC (National Informatics Centre) infrastructure or state government cloud — meeting government data residency requirements.
Available in Hindi, Gujarati, and other regional languages — ensuring students in rural government schools can use it comfortably.
HelpSchool is TechEinHub's deployed anonymous school safety application — built for school administrations and education departments in India. It allows students to report bullying, ragging, drug use, mental health crises, and unsafe situations through a completely anonymous channel.
Student identities ever exposed since deployment — by design, not policy
reporting categories — bullying, ragging, drugs, depression, harassment, unsafe situation
languages supported out of the box — English, Hindi, Gujarati
HelpSchool is white-label ready — it can be rebranded for any school name, education department, or state government rollout. Contact us for a live demonstration.
Request HelpSchool DemoThe admin side is as powerful as the student side is simple. School principals, counsellors, and district education officers each have role-appropriate views.
See all open reports, categories, urgency levels, and assignment status on one screen. Filter by class, grade, category, or date range.
Push notification and SMS alert when a new report comes in. High-urgency categories (self-harm, harassment) trigger immediate alerts to the principal and counsellor simultaneously.
Assign cases to the right staff member. Track progress with timestamped notes. Set resolution deadlines. Cases cannot be closed without a documented action record.
District-level dashboard shows incident trends across all schools — by category, school, grade level, and time period. Identify which schools need intervention before incidents escalate.
Export full incident logs with action taken, resolution timeline, and case status for any date range. Government inspectors and NCPCR inquiries can be responded to with complete, verifiable records.
Unresolved or critical cases can be automatically escalated to the district education officer or state child welfare authority — with a full case history attached for context.
No. The app uses an anonymous token system. When a student reports, a one-time cryptographic token is generated with no link to the student's identity, device, or school login. The school administrator cannot identify who filed the report — this is not a policy; it is a technical impossibility by design.
The school safety officer receives an instant alert on the admin dashboard. They view the report, assign it to a counsellor or teacher, track the case status, and close it once resolved. The student can check the status of their report using their anonymous token — without revealing their identity.
Our HelpSchool app has been deployed in schools under the Gujarat education department. The system is designed to meet requirements of state education boards, CBSE, and ICSE schools. It is compatible with NIC hosting guidelines and can be white-labeled for any state government rollout.
Yes. The app is specifically optimised for low-end Android devices. It runs smoothly on phones with 2GB RAM and Android 8+. It does not require internet to draft a report — reports are queued and submitted when connectivity is available, which is critical in rural areas.
Yes. The app supports multilingual interfaces — English, Hindi, and Gujarati are included by default. Additional regional languages (Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) can be added based on the school or state requirement.
Yes. TechEinHub is registered on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). We can supply through GeM procurement processes for government schools and education departments. Contact us for your organisation's specific procurement requirements.
