Food delivery apps, ride-hailing platforms, health tracking apps, e-commerce solutions — shipped and live in the App Store and Google Play Store. Users in 20+ countries use apps we have built.
Custom Business Software
ERP systems, factory management software, pharmacy billing, employee management — software that replaces spreadsheets for Indian SMEs and enterprises across Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and India.
AI-Powered Products
RAG-based AI chatbots, intelligent document processing, AI-powered recommendations — built using Python, LangChain, OpenAI GPT-4, and Google Gemini APIs. Real AI in production, not prototypes.

Our Interview Process
Straightforward, fair, and designed to find a genuine fit. The entire process takes 5–7 days — no month-long loops, no surprise steps.
Intro Call (20 min)
A quick call with our HR team to understand your experience, goals, and what kind of work excites you. We will also tell you exactly what the role involves and answer your questions about life at Techein.
Technical Interview (45 min)
A focused technical interview with a senior engineer from our team. We assess real-world problem-solving ability — not algorithm trivia. Expect questions about how you have built and debugged real systems.
Practical Task (2–4 hours)
A small, realistic task relevant to the role. We are looking for clean code, thoughtful decisions, and clear communication — not perfection under pressure. Most candidates complete it in 2–4 hours at their own pace.
